Elder care at home, by qualified nurses
For parents who want to stay independent at home, and for children who need to know they're genuinely looked after, even from another city. A Diagnex nurse visits on a fixed schedule for medicines, injections, BP, sugar, movement and doctor follow-ups.
An illustrative example. You get an update like this after every visit.

Pick whichever is closest. You'll see how care works for that situation, what's included and what it costs. You don't need a diagnosis to start.
Who we look after

You call every evening, but you can't check her sugar from Pune or Dubai. You worry about missed tablets, the next doctor visit, the fall nobody mentions. We become your presence at home — a nurse who visits, checks, and tells you exactly how things are.
Plan care for my parent
You want to stay in your own home, keep your routine, and not wait for your children for every hospital trip. A familiar Diagnex nurse visits on your schedule, helps with medicines and injections, keeps your reports in order, and comes with you to the doctor when needed.
Plan care for myselfWhat happens at a visit
Every visit follows a checklist built from your doctor's prescription. A standard visit runs about 75 minutes. The nurse does the work, records it, and flags anything the doctor should know.
Checks the tablets at home against the prescription, sets up the week's pill organiser and catches missed doses or mix-ups.
Gives prescribed injections, including insulin, and checks technique if your parent manages it on their own.
Blood pressure, pulse, oxygen, temperature, weight and sugar, recorded every visit so changes show up as a trend, not a guess.
Helps with walking and the exercises the doctor or physiotherapist has advised, and spots fall risks around the home.
Keeps appointments, refills and tests on track, can go along to hospital visits, and arranges sample collection at home.
Notices changes in sleep, appetite, memory or mood early, and brings them to the right doctor's attention.
Why Diagnex
Most home nursing ends with the person who shows up. With Diagnex, the nurse is where care is delivered — and the organisation behind them takes responsibility for the rest.
Your parent's prescriptions and latest reports set the care plan. If there are no recent reports, we arrange tests at home first, so nobody is guessing.
A senior Care Supervisor oversees each care plan, reads the visit notes, and steps in when something looks off.
If your regular nurse is on leave or unwell, a replacement briefed from the records visits instead. You never have to find someone.
Our nurses follow the prescription. They make sure the plan is actually followed at home, and that the doctor hears about changes early.
The hardest part of a health crisis is finding someone you trust, in a hurry, all over again. With Diagnex that doesn't happen — each step is the same organisation, the same records, the same people who already know the patient.
For families living away
After every visit you get a short written update on WhatsApp — vitals, medicines, anything that changed, and what happens next. If a decision is needed, the Care Supervisor calls you. Your parent stays in charge of their own care, and you stay informed, with their consent.
How to start
Speak to a Diagnex care nurse by phone or video. Tell us what's getting hard to manage. No obligation.
A nurse visits, reviews prescriptions and reports, checks the home for safety and meets your parent. No recent reports? We arrange tests at home.
You get a written care plan, a visit schedule and your named nurse. Increase or reduce visits as needs change.
Plans and prices
Every plan includes the home assessment, a named Care Nurse with a Care Supervisor behind them, backup cover, and a WhatsApp update after every visit. Prices are starting points — your plan is confirmed after the home assessment.

Clear expectations
These are trained nurses, and they do what a nurse is trained to do. If your parent needs help with bathing, dressing or feeding, or someone present through the day, we arrange that separately through Diagnex Nursing and Caregiver services, working alongside your Care Nurse. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital first, then tell us.

No. Our Care Nurses are trained nurses and handle clinical care. If your parent needs help with bathing, dressing or feeding, we arrange a trained attendant through Diagnex Nursing and Caregiver services, working alongside your nurse.
An attendant helps with daily living. Our nurse handles the clinical side — medicines, injections, readings, follow-ups — and can guide your attendant on routines and safety. Many families use both.
